OUR PROJECTS
We have recently completed Pioneer Park Leicester, a net-zero carbon build featuring 9 industrial units with mezzanine floors in Dock 5 and 4100 square meters of space, covering 45 smaller offices and meeting rooms in Dock 3 and 4.
We recently completed Magna Park Unit 2, a warehouse and office space in Corby. Our works ran from May to October 2023. Kingston have been working alongside Volker Fitzpatrick to fulfil the contracted work.
Kingston have completed our contracted works at the Priory School, Spalding for our repeat client Willmott Dixon. The works have consisted of beam encasements, External wall insulation & vapour control layer, partitions, MF ceilings and lay in grid.
Kingston recently completed our contracted works at the new Bingham Leisure Centre in Nottingham for Willmott Dixon. Our works include drylining and ceilings in the leisure centre and the commercial office block. We also installed Rockfon Baffles in the reception area which is different to the standard MF ceilings throughout the building and something we don’t often do.
Kingston recently completed a new 2 storey office building for NRA Roofing & Flooring Services Ltd. We were especially pleased to be involved with this project as this has become their new head office, located in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. The building is around 580m2 in area, in which Kingston have undertaken the external SFS works and the internal partitioning and ceiling packages.
The Sainsbury’s Store in Milton Keynes opened in 2014. We undertook the drylining, independent wall linings, column and beam encasements and taping and jointing throughout the development.
