The East Point Retail Park opened for business in 2016. The 50,000 sq foot development is made up of an Aldi supermarket, 5 retail units and a Costa Coffee. We were contracted to deliver all the internal drylining, taping & joining and external rendering. A key feature of this project was the 2-hour fire rated jumbo stud walls which incorporated a security mesh between units. This is designed to prevent the spread of fire and give people the opportunity to evacuate safely.
