The Premier Inn project in Middlesbrough is an 89-bed hotel. We were contracted to undertake the drylining, ceilings and skimming. The dryline partitions were installed in the bedrooms and the suspending ceilings were fitted in the corridors. The ground floor restaurant and kitchen area required additional elements, firebreaks were installed to prevent the spread of fire and hygiene tiles were used which are coated in a plastic film making them easy to clean.
