DETAILS

The University Technical College (UTC) development in Newcastle will be a technical school for pupils aged 14 – 19. All works we have completed on this project have been for the external finish. We have been contracted to complete the SFS, Cement Particle Boarding, Insulation & Brick Channels. Brick channels enable the easy attachment of brick ties to the external CP board & insulation for a tidy external finish. The UTC project was interesting because it was being done next to an archaeological dig site so accessing the site was challenging.
